Mercier Consultancy is proud to offer an exciting opportunity for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Online Marketplace team, with relocation to Greece. This role involves providing outstanding customer support to Portuguese-speaking users, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory online shopping experience.

As part of this position, you will handle inquiries related to product listings, order processing, payment issues, and dispute resolution. Your language skills and customer-oriented attitude will be essential in maintaining high customer satisfaction and fostering trust in the marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in Portuguese for online marketplace inquiries
• Assist customers with order placement, payment processing, and issue resolution
• Address and resolve disputes or complaints professionally and efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
• Collaborate with various internal teams to facilitate smooth operations and timely resolutions
• Gather customer feedback to help improve marketplace services
• Adapt to the relocation to Greece and participate actively in the local team environment

Requirements:
• Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English
• Strong customer service skills with problem-solving abilities
