Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Portuguese Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Logistics & Courier Firm, with the opportunity for relocation to Greece. In this critical role, you will provide exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients, helping them manage their logistics and courier service needs efficiently.
Leveraging your Portuguese language skills, you will communicate with customers regarding shipment tracking, service inquiries, and issue resolution. You will play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate information flow, contributing to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service in Portuguese for logistics and courier service inquiries
• Assist customers with tracking shipments, resolving delivery issues, and answering service-related questions
• Process customer requests and complaints promptly and effectively
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
• Coordinate with internal teams including operations and delivery to resolve customer concerns
• Collect and provide customer feedback to improve service quality
• Stay updated on logistics industry trends and company policies
Requirements:
• Fluency in Portuguese and English with excellent communication skills
• Willingness and ability to relocate to Greece
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in logistics, courier, or related industries
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
