Mercier Consultancy is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Digital Banking team in Athens. In this role, you will provide expert support to Portuguese-speaking customers, assisting them with digital banking services, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless banking experience through digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in Portuguese related to digital banking products and services
• Assist customers with account management, transactions, troubleshooting, and digital platform navigation
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
• Document and track all customer interactions accurately within the CRM system
• Collaborate with technical and banking teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Stay informed on new digital banking features and industry trends to provide proactive support

Requirements:
• Fluent in Portuguese and English with excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within banking, finance, or digital services
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex inquiries
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Willingness to relocate to Athens with full support provided
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital banking platforms is a plus
