Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Portuguese Customer Agent to join a dynamic team specializing in subscription-based services, with the opportunity to relocate to Greece. In this role, you will assist Portuguese-speaking customers by addressing inquiries, resolving subscription issues, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience with the company's services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients
• Handle inquiries related to subscriptions, billing, and account management
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex problems when necessary
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on products and policies

Requirements:
