Portuguese Customer Agent for Online Marketplace - Greece, Fully Paid Relocation

In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for Portuguese-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying user experience on the marketplace platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients
• Handle inquiries related to product listings, orders, payments, and general marketplace services
• Resolve complaints and provide timely solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to address complex customer issues
• Continuously contribute to improving service quality by sharing customer feedback
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay informed about company policies and marketplace updates

Requirements:
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken) is essential. Please specify your nationality and native language in your application documents.
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proven experience in customer support, preferably within online marketplaces or e-commerce
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging customer situations
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with fully paid relocation support
