The Asset Operations Specialist is responsible for overseeing and reviewing the quality of our assets. They ensure that all work meets the required criteria and providing vital feedback for improvement. The role involves meticulous quality checks conducted at various stages of the refinancing process to guarantee a high standard of work. 

• Review of different data relevant for refinancing assets.
• Remotely assess the technical quality of PV system using an installation protocol. 
• Comparison of customer-related documents for compliance requirements.
• Ensure all work aligns with predetermined criteria and meets defined quality parameters. 
• Enhance and maintain high-quality standards for the PV systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve overall quality. 
• Document and maintain accurate records of quality assessments and findings. 
• Identify areas for process improvement and propose necessary adjustments to enhance efficiency and quality. 

Requirements: 

• Fluent in English, (German language is a plus). 
• Engineering Bachelor degree
• Basic computer skills for utilizing necessary software and applications. 
• Passion for technical work and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.  
• Openness to learning and willingness to adapt to evolving processes. 
• Experience is not mandatory, individuals with varying experience levels, including those with no prior experience, are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
