Η SWOT Hospitality Management Company αναζητά ζαχαροπλάστη Γ' για το Porto Carras. Ο κατάλληλος υποψήφιος θα είναι υπεύθυνος για την προετοιμασία και την παρουσίαση γλυκών πιάτων και επιδορπίων για τους πελάτες του ξενοδοχείου.

Κύριες ευθύνες:

• Ετοιμασία γλυκών και επιδορπίων σύμφωνα με τις συνταγές και τα πρότυπα του ξενοδοχείου.
• Συνεργασία με την υπόλοιπη κουζίνα για την καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών.
• Τήρηση των κανόνων υγιεινής και ασφάλειας κατά την προετοιμασία των τροφίμων.
• Παρακολούθηση και διαχείριση αποθεμάτων ζαχαροπλαστικών υλικών.
• Δημιουργία νέων γλυκών με συχνές προτάσεις και εκδηλώσεις.

Requirements:
• Προϋπηρεσία ως ζαχαροπλάστης σε εστιατόρια ή ξενοδοχεία.
• Πτυχίο ή πιστοποίηση στον τομέα της ζαχαροπλαστικής.
• Καλή γνώση των τεχνικών και διαδικασιών ζαχαροπλαστικής.
