Αρμοδιότητες:

• Προετοιμασία και μαγειρική παρασκευή πιάτων σύμφωνα με τις συνταγές και τα πρότυπα ποιότητας του ξενοδοχείου.
• Συμμετοχή στην οργάνωση και διαχείριση της κουζίνας.
• Συνεργασία με την υπόλοιπη ομάδα κουζίνας για την εξασφάλιση ομαλής ροής εργασίας.
• Τήρηση διαδικασιών υγιεινής και ασφαλείας στην κουζίνα.

Requirements:
Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

• Προϋπηρεσία ως Μάγειρας Β ή σε αντίστοιχη θέση.
• Γνώσεις μαγειρικής τέχνης και διαδικασιών κουζίνας.
• Ικανότητα συνεργασίας και εργασίας σε ομάδα.
• Ευχάριστη προσωπικότητα και επαγγελματισμός.
