Portfolio Performance Advisor

We are looking for a Portfolio Advisor to assist the Portfolio Performance team aiming at maximizing its Performance and Recoverability while optimizing related costs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Produces Daily/ Monthly Reporting and analyses of existing portfolios for key stakeholders (Internal, Clients and Investors);
• Monitors Recovery results and Portfolio KPIs and escalate performance issues;
• Prepares periodical portfolio performance presentations and memos for key stakeholders (Internal, Clients and Investors);
• Monitors and assesses special collection activities and projects (e.g. campaigns, legal actions);
• Provide feedback based on the servicing strategy execution and the related recovery results;
• Prepare and execute detailed stratification analysis for Assigned Portfolios;
• Present Portfolio Results, key figures and Proposed Actions to Clients/Investors and Internal Management Team;
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in the NPLs industry or Consulting Firms preferably in Strategy or Reporting Teams;
• Advanced excel and presentation skills to support portfolio performance analysis;
• Demonstrable strategic and analytical thinking skills;
• Comfortable working in high pressure environments and on an agile delivery plan; and exceptional attention to detail;
• English fluency and strong communication skills, both verbal and written; and
• Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or Computer science.
