Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and talented Portfolio Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies to optimize Saudi cluster pipeline, ensuring alignment with global business goals.
• Market analysis to identify growth opportunities, trends, and risks – acts as a sparring partner for the Cluster Head in view of all future business opportunities.
• Ensure alignment of pipeline and commercial structure and activities of the Sales Force and commercial teams.
• Make data-driven recommendations for cluster specific portfolio adjustments feeding into the ideation process via a product wish-list.
• Work closely with cluster cross-functional teams (Cluster Head, Marketing, Sales, Pricing, Regulatory, Trade) to ensure commercial interest is reflected in offensive project sales forecasts
• Owns the cluster T+5 launch plan and ensures product pull to accelerate delivery of cluster specific projects from global functions to ensure priority project timelines for Patex and first to market are met.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the Saudi pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with at least 2 years in portfolio management, business strategy, in-licensing or a related role.
• Proven track record of managing Gx product portfolios in the relevant market, Proficiency in data analysis tools (IQVIA) and CRM systems.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Strong cross-functional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus).
