About The Job
Enabled Energy (EE) is seeking a Portfolio Manager. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring up to 400 service-level projects annually, ensuring consistent execution, clear communication, and alignment with client expectations and internal delivery standards. This role requires strong organizational discipline, comfort with software and data systems, and the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, delivery, and client-facing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Continuously plan a high‑volume portfolio of service‑level projects ensuring schedule, scope, and service commitments can be fulfilled by the construction teams.
Serve as a central point of coordination between internal teams (sales, engineering, and delivery) and external stakeholders
Maintain accurate project tracking, documentation, and reporting within EE’s project and portfolio management systems
Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and resource conflicts within the portfolio and escalate as appropriate
Support standardization and continuous improvement of portfolio and service delivery processes
Communicate clearly and consistently regarding project status, priorities, and changes to internal teams and leadership

Education & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in:
Engineering (any discipline), or
Construction Management, or
A related technical or project‑focused field
2–3 years of relevant experience preferred, but new graduates will be considered with demonstrated organizational strength, technical aptitude, and strong communication skills
Project management exposure in engineering, construction, energy, facilities, or technical services environments is a plus
PMP certification preferred, or a clear path toward PMP certification
Technical & Software Skills
Strong proficiency with project and portfolio management software
Advanced comfort with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
Ability to learn and adopt EE’s internal systems and workflows quickly
Software affinity is mandatory

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000-100,000/year commensurate with experience.
Discretionary quarterly performance bonuses are provided for this position.
This role is eligible for remote or in-office work, based on candidate preference and business needs.
