Porter/Valet

Bentley Maserati Jacksonville, a distinguished leader in luxury automotive service and a valued member of the Murgado Automotive Group, is seeking a dedicated Porter/Valet to join our esteemed team. Key Responsibilities:
Vehicle Handling: Safely and efficiently park and retrieve customer vehicles while ensuring that each vehicle is treated with the utmost care.
Customer Interaction: Greet customers with a professional and courteous demeanor, assisting them with vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups.
Facility Maintenance: Ensure that the dealership’s lot and vehicles are clean and organized, including assisting with washing and detailing when necessary.
Team Support: Assist service advisors and technicians as needed, including moving vehicles between the service area and the lot.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety and security procedures to protect vehicles, customers, and property.
Efficient Operations: Support the smooth operation of daily dealership activities by managing vehicle flow and maintaining accurate records of vehicle locations.

Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience as a porter or valet in an automotive or luxury environment is a plus but not required.
Skills: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Driving Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to drive a variety of vehicles safely.
Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, and move vehicles for extended periods, including the physical demands of parking and retrieving vehicles.
Professionalism: Polished appearance and a professional demeanor that aligns with the luxury standards of Bentley and Maserati brands.
Communication: Good communication skills and the ability to interact positively with customers and team members.
