Porter (Apartment Community)

We are seeking a dependable, motivated porter to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our apartment community. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, can work independently, and is comfortable with physically demanding tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

Remove and dispose of heavy trash, bulk items, and furniture

Clean and maintain parking lots, dumpster areas, breezeways, and common areas

Pick up trash and debris throughout the property grounds

Assist with moving furniture and heavy materials as needed

Support maintenance staff with general labor tasks

Ensure trash areas are kept clean, organized, and compliant with property standards

Physical & Job Requirements:

Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more repeatedly

Must be comfortable handling heavy trash, furniture, and bulk items

Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods

Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required

$15.00/hour
