Portable Batch Plant Operator

Conewago is currently seeking a Portable Batch Plant Field Operator to join our team. This position involves operations at a mobile concrete batching plant located on job sites. The selected candidate will be responsible for batching concrete, working with plant personnel—including drivers and loader operators—and ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Operate and manage a mobile concrete batching plant

·         Work and coordinate the activities of drivers and loader operators

·         Ensure concrete is batched accurately and in compliance with specifications

·         Maintain safety and quality standards at the plant

·         Communicate effectively with project managers and site personnel

Qualifications:

·         Experience managing employees preferred

·         Knowledge of concrete batching and plant operations is a plus

·         Strong leadership and organizational skills

·         Willingness to work overnight shifts and travel to job sites as needed

·         Training is available for the right candidate
