Job Title: Population Health Manager - General Medicines Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia About the job As Population Health Manager within our General Medicines team, you'll help shape the future of care for people at risk of developing Type 1 diabetes by adapting global screening and monitoring strategies to your territory. Main responsibilities: Conduct ecosystem mapping to identify key healthcare players and hospital types across Saudi Arabia Map Centers of Excellence and referral networks connecting pediatricians, GPs, and specialists Identify and remove operational barriers in screening and monitoring pathways for patients Support new screening initiatives for early detection of Type 1 diabetes Engage external stakeholders to create awareness on T1D pathway and build strategic partnerships Build partnerships with public health leaders and clinical leads at key accounts Design and implement care pathways collaboratively with healthcare providers About you Experience: 5 years Commercial or medical pharmaceutical/medical devices experience with project management and external stakeholder engagement Specialty expertise: Background in specialty disease areas with strong interpersonal and communication skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Medical, Pharmacy, or Public Health Skills: Strong networking and negotiation capabilities with entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic with excellent presentation skills Why choose us?
