W Costa Navarino is looking for a Pool Boy/Girl / Towel Attendant. The selected candidate will create a pristine and inviting atmosphere for guests by ensuring cleanliness, efficiently managing towel supplies, and keeping service areas organized. They will also provide exceptional support to enhance the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool & beach area, including tables, chairs, and countertops
• Handle dirty towels by collecting, sorting, and transporting them to the appropriate laundry facilities
• Refill stations with clean towels to ensure guests have easy access
• Remove garbage and ensure proper disposal in designated receptacles
• Collect dirty glasses and plates, returning them to the bar or kitchen in a timely manner
• Receive and distribute orders from purchasing, ensuring items are placed in the correct venues
• Tidy up storage areas, ensuring supplies are organized and accessible
• Monitor and restock supplies such as napkins, straws, and utensils as needed
• Report any maintenance issues or supply shortages to management promptly
• Assist in setting up and breaking down the pool bar area for service as required
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool bar area, including tables, chairs, and countertops

Requirements:
• One year of experience in a hospitality or service-related role, with an emphasis on cleanliness and customer service
• Knowledge of proper cleaning protocols and safety procedures in food and beverage service areas
• Ability to effectively manage supplies and maintain organized storage areas
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage positively with guests and address their needs
• Meticulous attention to detail in managing cleanliness and organization to create an inviting atmosphere
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues and maintain high service standards
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks efficiently to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
