Job Description Our Opportunity: We are seeking a Boutique Manager for our Bal Harbour Flagship. This leader will drive sales performance, motivate and develop the team, elevate the client experience, and oversee all store operations to ensure maximum profitability through effective merchandising, inventory management, expense control, and staff development. How you will contribute: Sales Achieve store sales and KPI targets set by Senior Management Lead by example by performing all store functions with professionalism and discipline Motivate and guide the team in building strong client relationships through outreach and recruitment Ensure an exceptional Pomellato client experience at every touchpoint Maintain a welcoming environment with strong service standards and product knowledge Set and monitor individual sales goals for the team Develop a strong client network locally and internationally Minimize client issues through effective service aligned with store policies Partner with Retail Performance Manager to implement strategies that maximize sales Operations Uphold store standards in alignment with corporate policies Oversee deliveries and resolve discrepancies promptly Provide ongoing market insights to support business decisions Collaborate with merchandising to ensure proper stock levels, presentation, and assortment Manage inventory and pricing according to corporate guidelines Report theft or suspicious activity immediately Oversee employee consignments and purchases Maintain cost awareness in daily operations Human Resources Ensure policy compliance through meetings, walk-throughs, and audits Evaluate performance and recruit talent proactively Train and develop sales executives across all business areas Partner with HR on annual reviews Provide ongoing instruction on responsibilities, shipments, repairs, supplies, and daily tasks Maintain adequate staffing and ensure corporate approval for all hires Manage schedules, payroll, and time-off requests Submit monthly commissions to Finance Build a pipeline of qualified talent through networking Marketing Collaborate with Retail and Marketing on market-relevant initiatives Identify community outreach opportunities and share with the Marketing team Perform additional duties as assigned The Boutique Manager serves as the primary point of contact for both corporate and store teams and must be available for urgent matters, including store alarm notifications. Who you are: 5–8 years of retail supervisory experience; luxury experience preferred Team-oriented leader with strong interpersonal and networking skills Customer service expert with a client-first mindset Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills Proactive self-starter with strong initiative Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays Preferred Skills Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Spanish language skills a plus Pomellato is committed to building a diverse workforce.
