Job Description:
• A leading printing and mailing services company located in New Philadelphia, OH is seeking a Polybagger Operator to join their production team. This role is responsible for operating polybagging equipment used in high-volume mailing and fulfillment operations.

Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate polybagging equipment used to package printed materials for mailing and distribution
• Load products, inserts, and poly film into the machine according to job specifications
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure proper sealing, counts, and packaging quality
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure finished products meet company and client standards
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report mechanical problems when necessary
• Maintain production efficiency while meeting deadlines and quality expectations
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

Qualifications:
• Experience operating polybagging, mailing, or bindery equipment in a printing or mailing environment preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed

Preferred Experience:
• Experience with Sitma, CMC, W+D, or similar polybagging machines
• Background in direct mail, printing, or fulfillment operations
