Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Polish via phone, email, and chat for Disney + subscribers
• Assist clients with account inquiries, troubleshooting, and streaming issues
• Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively
• Provide information about content availability and platform features
• Gather customer feedback to improve service quality
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on platform changes and new releases

Requirements:
• Fluent in Polish and English, both written and verbal, is required.
• Nationality and native language must be stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter
• Experience in customer support, ideally in entertainment or technology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
