As a Polish-Speaking Player Support Specialist, you will assist Polish-speaking players by providing efficient and professional support to ensure their gaming experience is smooth and enjoyable. Your passion for gaming and excellent communication skills will contribute greatly to fostering a positive and engaging community.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality support to Polish-speaking players via email, chat, and social media channels.
• Investigate and resolve technical, gameplay, and account-related issues efficiently.
• Maintain thorough and accurate records of player interactions and support tickets.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to tackle complex player issues and enhance player satisfaction.
• Collect and communicate player feedback to Riot Games’ development teams for continuous improvement.
• Promote a positive and inclusive gaming environment through professional and empathetic communication.
• Stay informed of the latest updates, features, and trends relating to Riot Games products.
Full relocation assistance to Sofia, Bulgaria will be provided to successful candidates.
Requirements:
• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken. Native language and nationality must be clearly indicated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in player support or other customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Passion for gaming and understanding of gaming culture.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer support tools and gaming platforms is a plus.
• Willingness and eligibility to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with full relocation support offered.
