Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries in Polish via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions regarding mobile banking services, account management, and transactions
• Document client interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to effectively resolve complex customer issues
• Educate clients on best practices for using our mobile banking services
• Gather client feedback to help improve our service delivery
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and support skills
Requirements:
• Fluency in Polish and English (written and verbal) is required.
• Nationality and native language must be stated in your C.V. or Cover Letter.
• Previous customer support experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with banking software and support tools is a plus.
