Responsibilities

• Assist Polish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat with their inquiries
• Provide information about our products and services to ensure customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
• Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve client issues effectively
• Gather customer feedback to improve our services and operations
• Participate in relevant training sessions to enhance product knowledge and support skills

Requirements:
• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal, is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in customer support is preferred
