Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Polish-Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Food Delivery Service Department in Greece! In this role, you will provide essential support to Polish-speaking customers, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience as they use our food delivery services. Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries in Polish via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with questions related to food orders, delivery issues, and account management
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system
• Collaborate with delivery teams to resolve any issues promptly
• Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
• Stay informed about our menu offerings and delivery processes
• Participate in training and development sessions for continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal, is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the food delivery or hospitality sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A customer-oriented approach with a passion for service
• Able to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with food delivery apps and technology is a plus
