Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a position for a Polish-Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Home Appliances Department, based in Greece! In this important role, you will provide excellent support to our Polish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to home appliances and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities
• Assist customers in Polish via phone, email, and chat with inquiries regarding home appliances
• Provide detailed information about products, troubleshooting, and usage
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain records in our support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to effectively resolve customer issues
• Gather customer feedback to enhance service delivery and customer experience
• Stay updated on product knowledge and trends in the home appliance market
• Participate in training sessions to improve support skills
Requirements:
• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the home appliances or retail sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A customer-oriented attitude and a passion for helping others
• Ability to multitask and manage inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems
