Polish-Speaking Customer Solutions Consultant - Sofia, Fully Paid Relocation

Mercier Consultancy is currently hiring a Polish-Speaking Customer Solutions Consultant to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with fully paid relocation support. This role involves acting as the main point of contact for Polish-speaking clients, delivering customized customer solutions that enhance satisfaction and drive business success.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to Polish-speaking clients
• Assess client needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly and effectively
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and solutions provided
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experiences and service quality
• Assist in client onboarding and training
• Stay informed about products, services, and industry trends

Requirements:
• Fluency in Polish and English, both spoken and written.
• Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong customer service skills with a solution-oriented and proactive approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Previous customer support or consulting experience is preferred
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria; full relocation costs covered
