Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Polish Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Smart Home Technology Company based in Greece. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Polish-speaking customers, helping them navigate inquiries related to smart home products and technology solutions.
Your fluency in Polish will be essential as you assist clients with troubleshooting, product features, and any technical questions they may have. By delivering top-notch customer service, you will contribute to enhancing the overall user experience with innovative smart home solutions.
Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding customer service in Polish via phone, email, and chat regarding smart home technology inquiries
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through product setup and usage
• Assist customers with inquiries about product specifications, features, and compatibility
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues effectively
• Gather feedback from customers to inform product improvements and enhance service quality
• Stay updated on the latest trends in smart home technology and product innovations
Requirements:
• Fluency in Polish and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience in customer service, particularly in technology or smart home products, is preferred
• Able to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Genuine interest in smart home technology and a desire to assist customers
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
