Polish Speaking Customer Service for Ride-Sharing Platform - Work In Greece

Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Polish Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Ride-Sharing Platform, located in Greece. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Polish-speaking customers as they navigate our ride-sharing services.

Your fluency in Polish will be essential in assisting clients with inquiries related to ride bookings, driver coordination, and account management. You will play an integral part in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for users of the platform, enhancing their satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in Polish through phone, email, and chat for ride-sharing inquiries
• Assist customers with ride bookings, cancellations, and modifications
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Work closely with drivers and internal teams to ensure effective service delivery
• Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance platform features
• Stay updated on ride-sharing trends and service enhancements

Requirements:
• Fluency in Polish and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in transportation or technology, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Genuine interest in the ride-sharing industry and a passion for helping customers
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
