Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer a position for a Polish Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Recruitment Platform, focused on helping individuals find work in Greece. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Polish-speaking clients, guiding them through the recruitment process and assisting with their job search inquiries.
Your fluency in Polish will be essential as you help candidates navigate our platform, answer questions about job listings, application procedures, and any challenges they may encounter in their job search journey. Your dedication to customer service will contribute to the success of our clients as they pursue employment opportunities in Greece.
Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service in Polish via phone, email, and chat, assisting users of the recruitment platform
• Help clients with inquiries about job applications, profile management, and interview preparation
• Resolve user issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system
• Coordinate with recruitment teams to relay candidate feedback and enhance user experience
• Collect and analyze user feedback to facilitate service improvements
• Stay updated on job market trends and relevant opportunities in Greece
Requirements:
• Fluency in Polish and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others succeed
• Previous experience in customer service or recruitment is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Genuine interest in recruitment and helping clients find their ideal jobs
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
