Polish Speaking Customer Service for Mortgage Provider - Work In Greece

Mercier Consultancy is looking for a dedicated Polish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Mortgage Provider team in Greece. In this vital role, you will provide outstanding support to our Polish-speaking customers, helping them navigate the complexities of mortgage products and services.

Your fluency in Polish will be essential as you assist clients with their inquiries about mortgage applications, rates, and eligibility criteria, ensuring they receive clear and accurate information to make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in Polish through phone, email, and chat regarding mortgage inquiries
• Assist customers with their mortgage applications, explaining processes and required documentation
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Gather customer feedback to enhance our services and product offerings
• Stay updated on mortgage industry trends and changes in regulations

Requirements:
• Fluency in Polish and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience in customer service, particularly in finance or mortgage sectors, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and provide timely solutions
• Detail-oriented with robust organizational abilities
• Genuine interest in helping customers achieve their mortgage goals
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
