Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Polish Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Logistics & Courier Company. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Polish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to logistics services, parcel tracking, and shipping solutions.
Your fluency in Polish will be essential as you guide clients through the logistics process, addressing any concerns and ensuring a smooth experience with our services. You will play a significant role in enhancing customer satisfaction and helping them navigate their shipping needs effectively.
Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service in Polish through phone, email, and chat regarding logistics and courier inquiries
• Assist customers with questions about shipping options, tracking packages, and order status
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with logistics and operational teams to ensure timely delivery and service improvement
• Gather customer feedback to enhance our services and address specific needs
• Stay updated on logistics trends and best practices to provide informed assistance
Requirements:
• Fluent in Polish and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in logistics or courier services, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Genuine interest in logistics and helping customers achieve their shipping goals
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
