Mercier Consultancy is pleased to offer a position for a Polish-Speaking Customer Service Representative in our Client's Hotel Reservations Department, located in Greece. In this key role, you will provide exceptional support to our Polish-speaking clients, assisting them with hotel bookings and inquiries related to their travel accommodations.

Your fluency in Polish will be crucial as you facilitate clients in the booking process, address their questions regarding hotels, and ensure a seamless experience from reservation to check-in. You will play an integral role in enhancing customer satisfaction in the hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in Polish via phone, email, and chat regarding hotel reservations and inquiries
• Assist customers with booking processes, modifications, cancellations, and special requests
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Coordinate with hotel partners to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery
• Collect and relay customer feedback to help enhance our services
• Stay updated on hotel promotions, offerings, and travel industry trends


Requirements:
• Fluency in Polish and English, with strong communication skills. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the hospitality or travel industry, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently
• Detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities
• Passion for travel and helping customers create memorable experiences
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
