Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Polish-Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Health Products Department, based in Greece. In this essential role, you will provide exemplary support to our Polish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to health products and wellness solutions.
Your fluency in Polish will be vital as you help clients navigate product information, address their questions about health benefits, and support them in making informed decisions regarding their wellness needs.
Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding customer service in Polish through phone, email, and chat regarding health product inquiries
• Assist customers with questions about product availability, usage, and benefits
• Handle order processing, returns, and effectively resolve customer complaints
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and effective troubleshooting
• Gather customer feedback to help improve service quality and product offerings
• Stay updated on trends in the health and wellness sector
Requirements:
• Fluency in Polish and English, with excellent communication skills, is essential.
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in health or retail sectors, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Genuine interest in health and wellness, eager to assist customers in their journey
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
