In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Polish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to food orders and delivery services.
Your fluency in Polish will enable you to communicate effectively with clients, helping them navigate the food delivery platform, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth ordering experience. Your commitment to customer satisfaction will play a key role in enhancing our users' experience on the platform.
Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality customer service in Polish via phone, email, and chat regarding food delivery inquiries
• Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and tracking
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, and queries efficiently and professionally
• Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate food deliveries
• Gather customer feedback to help improve service quality and platform offerings
• Stay informed about food trends and local restaurants partnering with our platform
Requirements:
• Fluency in Polish and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in food delivery or e-commerce, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and provide timely resolutions
• Detail-oriented with effective organizational skills
• Genuine interest in food delivery services and enhancing customer experiences
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
