Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce a position for a Polish-Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Fitness & Sports Equipment Department. In this essential role, you will provide exceptional support to our Polish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries about a wide range of fitness and sports equipment.
Your fluency in Polish will be crucial as you help clients with product information, order management, and any questions they may have about their fitness and sports equipment needs. By delivering outstanding customer service, you will contribute to our mission of promoting an active and healthy lifestyle.
Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service in Polish through phone, email, and chat concerning fitness and sports equipment
• Assist customers with product inquiries, order placements, and returns
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and excellent customer experiences
• Gather feedback from customers to improve our product offerings and service quality
• Stay informed about fitness trends and new product launches to provide knowledgeable assistance
Requirements:
• Fluency in Polish and English, with excellent communication skills, is required.
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for fitness and sports
• Experience in customer service, particularly in retail or e-commerce, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and provide timely solutions
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Genuine interest in fitness and sports, eager to assist customers in achieving their goals
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
