Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opening for a Polish Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client, a leading Digital Wallet Provider. This position will be based in Greece, where you will provide exceptional support to Polish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to digital wallet services and financial transactions.

Your fluency in Polish will be essential in helping clients navigate our digital wallet platform, answering questions about features, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience for all customers. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality service and fostering customer trust in our financial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in Polish through phone, email, and chat regarding digital wallet inquiries
• Assist customers with account setup, transactions, and resolving any issues they may encounter
• Educate clients about product features and benefits to enhance their user experience
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex inquiries effectively
• Collect and communicate customer feedback to help improve our services
• Stay up to date with trends in digital wallets and fintech innovations


Requirements:
• Fluency in Polish and English, with strong communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the fintech or digital services sector, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a dynamic work environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
