In this key role, you will provide exceptional support to our Polish-speaking clients, helping them navigate inquiries related to cybersecurity solutions and services.
Your fluency in Polish will be essential as you assist customers with understanding product features, addressing technical questions, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction in their experience with our cybersecurity offerings. You will play an important role in helping clients protect their digital assets while providing outstanding service.
Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality customer service in Polish via phone, email, and chat regarding cybersecurity solutions
• Assist customers with product inquiries, technical support, and service navigation
• Resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring prompt and professional responses
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with technical teams to provide solutions for complex customer issues
• Gather feedback to help improve products and services
• Stay updated on the latest trends in cybersecurity to provide knowledgeable assistance
Requirements:
• Fluency in Polish and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service focus and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in technology or cybersecurity, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and provide timely solutions in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Genuine interest in cybersecurity and helping clients secure their digital environments
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
