Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer an opportunity for a Polish Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Consumer Electronics Brand, based in Greece. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Polish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to a wide range of consumer electronics.
Your fluency in Polish will be crucial as you help clients navigate product features, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide guidance to ensure customer satisfaction with their electronic purchases. You will play a key role in maintaining our commitment to high-quality service and support.
Responsibilities
• Deliver outstanding customer service in Polish via phone, email, and chat regarding consumer electronics inquiries
• Assist customers with questions about product specifications, warranty information, and troubleshooting
• Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently while following company policies
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
• Gather feedback from customers to enhance product offerings and service quality
• Stay updated on the latest trends in consumer electronics to provide informed assistance
Requirements:
• Fluency in Polish and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on problem-solving
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the consumer electronics or retail industry, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and provide timely solutions
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Passion for technology and a commitment to helping customers realize the full potential of their devices
