Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Polish Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client, a leading Blockchain Company in Greece. In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional support to our Polish-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to blockchain technology, services, and products.
Your fluency in Polish will be essential as you guide customers through their questions, support them in navigating our platforms, and help them understand the innovative solutions we offer in the blockchain space. Your exceptional customer service skills will contribute significantly to enhancing the client experience and ensuring satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Offer outstanding customer service in Polish via phone, email, and chat for all blockchain-related inquiries
• Assist clients with understanding blockchain products, services, and functionalities
• Manage order processing, account inquiries, and effectively resolve customer issues
• Document all customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system
• Collaborate with technical and support teams to provide accurate information and solutions
• Gather feedback from clients to improve services and products
• Stay updated on trends and developments in the blockchain industry
Requirements:
• Fluency in Polish and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and a willingness to resolve client issues
• Experience in customer service, especially within tech or blockchain sectors, is preferred
• Able to handle multiple inquiries and provide timely solutions
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational abilities
• Interest in blockchain technology and eagerness to assist customers
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
