Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opportunity for a Polish-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Airline Reservations Department in Greece. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Polish-speaking customers, assisting them with airline reservations, flight inquiries, and travel-related services.
Your fluency in Polish will be essential in delivering clear and effective assistance to clients as they navigate flight options, make bookings, and resolve any issues related to their travel plans. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty within the highly dynamic airline industry.
Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding customer service in Polish through phone, email, and chat for airline reservations and inquiries
• Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and special requests
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Coordinate with airline partners to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution
• Gather customer feedback to inform improvements in our services
• Stay updated on airline policies, routes, and promotions
Requirements:
• Fluency in Polish and English with strong communication skills is essential.
• Nationality and native language must be clear in your CV or Cover Letter.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills required.
• Preferred experience in customer service, especially in travel or airline industry.
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus.
