Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Polish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's AI & Technology Company, based in Greece. In this important Junior role, you will provide exceptional support to our Polish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to advanced AI solutions and technological products.
Your fluency in Polish will be essential in helping clients navigate product features, troubleshoot issues, and ensure they have a positive experience with our cutting-edge technology offerings. By delivering high-quality customer service, you will play a significant role in enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service in Polish through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with inquiries about AI products, functionality, and support processes
• Troubleshoot technical problems and provide effective solutions to customers
• Document customer interactions accurately within our CRM system
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues efficiently
• Gather feedback to help improve our products and service offerings
• Stay informed about the latest developments in AI and technology trends
Requirements:
• Fluency in Polish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong focus on customer service and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in technology or software support, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Genuine interest in AI technologies and a passion for helping customers
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
