Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a position for a Polish-Speaking Content Moderator for our Social Media Office in Athens, Greece! In this important role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients’ social media platforms remain safe, engaging, and aligned with community standards. Your fluency in Polish will allow you to effectively connect with our audience and manage a diverse range of user-generated content.

As a Content Moderator, your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and moderating user submissions, engaging with users, and ensuring compliance with community guidelines. Your keen attention to detail and analytical skills will play a crucial role in preventing the dissemination of inappropriate content while fostering a positive online environment. Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate user-generated content across various social media platforms in Polish
• Review submissions to ensure adherence to community guidelines and brand standards
• Engage with users through comments and messages, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
• Identify and report instances of inappropriate behavior or content within the community
• Collaborate with the social media team to enhance user engagement and community experience
• Analyze community feedback to inform moderation practices and improve content strategies
• Stay updated on current social media trends and best practices in content moderation

Requirements:
• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal, is mandatory. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Prior experience with social media platforms and content moderation is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under tight deadlines
• Able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in content moderation, community management, or customer service is a plus
• A genuine passion for social media and a commitment to building positive online communities
