Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to open an opportunity for a Polish-Speaking Consultant in our SaaS & Cloud Computing Department, located in the vibrant city of Athens, Greece. In this vital role, you will provide dedicated support and expertise to our Polish-speaking clients as they engage with our Software as a Service (SaaS) and cloud computing solutions. Your guidance will enable clients to understand our offerings and maximize the value of our innovative technologies.

As a consultant, your responsibilities will include conducting training sessions, addressing client inquiries, and troubleshooting any technical challenges. Your focus on client success and satisfaction will be instrumental in building strong, lasting relationships and ensuring successful use of our services.

Responsibilities

• Assist Polish-speaking clients with inquiries related to SaaS and cloud computing products
• Conduct product demonstrations and training tailored to client requirements
• Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver timely solutions
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate logs of support requests
• Collaborate with internal teams to share client feedback and suggest service improvements
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends to better support and inform clients

Requirements:
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
