Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Polish-Speaking Consultant to join our Online Payment Solutions Department in Athens, Greece. In this exciting role, you will provide crucial support to our Polish-speaking clients, assisting them in optimizing their online payment systems and ensuring a smooth transactional experience.
As a consultant, you will engage with clients to understand their specific needs, delivering tailored solutions and support. Your commitment to outstanding customer service will be key in building trust and maintaining lasting relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities
• Assist Polish-speaking clients with inquiries related to online payment solutions
• Conduct training sessions on the functionalities and best practices of payment systems
• Troubleshoot issues and provide prompt resolutions to ensure client satisfaction
• Document all client interactions and maintain detailed records of support activities
• Collaborate with colleagues to address complex challenges and develop effective solutions
• Gather and implement feedback from clients to enhance service offerings
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in online payment technology
Requirements:
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement
• A client-focused attitude with a commitment to high-quality service delivery
• Basic understanding of online payment systems is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive client support approach
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is beneficial but not essential
