Responsibilities

• Provide back office support and technical assistance for Polish-speaking players within the gaming platform
• Analyze player accounts, identify potential issues or abnormalities, and escalate when necessary
• Work closely with front office teams and development specialists to resolve complex player cases
• Monitor gaming policy compliance and report findings accordingly
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of player account updates and transactions
• Maintain detailed documentation of cases and internal processes following company standards

Requirements:
• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken
