Polish Customer Service for Travel Company - Greece, Fully Paid Relocation

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide excellent assistance to Polish-speaking travelers, helping them plan and manage their trips, answer inquiries about travel arrangements, and ensure a memorable travel experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking clients
• Assist customers with travel bookings, modifications, cancellations, and special requests
• Provide detailed information about travel packages, destinations, and services
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with other departments and travel partners to ensure seamless service delivery
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
• Gather customer feedback to improve travel services and client satisfaction

Requirements:
• Fluency in Polish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for the travel industry
• Previous experience in customer service or travel-related roles is preferred
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with a fully sponsored relocation package
• Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Positive attitude and a genuine interest in helping customers create unforgettable travel experiences
