Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a unique opportunity for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Online Marketplace team based in Greece. This role includes a fully paid relocation package to Greece, allowing you to experience a new culture while advancing your career.
In this role, you will provide top-tier support to Italian-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing their online marketplace experience. Your expertise and fluency in Italian will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional customer service in Italian regarding marketplace transactions and inquiries
• Assist customers with order placements, payments, returns, and dispute resolution
• Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions promptly
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software
• Collaborate with various internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery
• Provide feedback and suggest improvements based on customer interactions
• Adapt to new processes and technologies in a dynamic online marketplace environment
Requirements:
• Native or fluent in Italian and proficient in English with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service background, preferably in e-commerce or marketplace environments
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Detail-oriented, organized, and problem-solving mindset
• Flexibility and willingness to relocate to Greece with full relocation support provided
• Experience with CRM systems and customer support software is a plus
• Positive attitude and eagerness to work in a multicultural environment
