Zur Unterstützung des Teams suchen wir einen Polier Tief - und Straßenbau (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben:
• Organisation, Koordination und Überwachung der Baustellenabläufe im Tief- und Straßenbau

• Führung und Einsatzplanung des Baustellenteams sowie Anleitung von Nachunternehmern

• Sicherstellung von Qualität, Terminen, Arbeitssicherheit und Umweltschutz

• Umsetzung von Plänen und technischen Vorgaben in Abstimmung mit der Bauleitung

• Dokumentation von Bauleistungen und Unterstützung bei Aufmaßen und Abrechnungen

• Verantwortung für einen effizienten und reibungslosen Baustellenbetrieb

Ihr Profil:
• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bauwesen, z.B. als Maurermeister/in, Betonbauer/in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Polier/in oder in einer vergleichbaren Position

• Gute Kenntnisse der relevanten Bauvorschriften und Normen

• Führungs- und Organisationstalent sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen

• Zuverlässige, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

• Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich
