Im Zuge des weiteren Wachstums wird ein Polier Ingenieurbau (m/w/d) für den Standort Stuttgart gesucht, der die Bauausführung vor Ort verantwortungsvoll begleitet.

Ihre Aufgaben:
• Eigenverantwortliche Organisation und Abwicklung von Baustellen im Ingenieurbau

• Koordination und Führung der gewerblichen Mitarbeiter sowie Steuerung der Nachunternehmer

• Sicherstellung der termin-, qualitäts- und kostengerechten Bauausführung

• Überwachung der Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards auf der Baustelle

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Bauleitung, Projektleitung und allen beteiligten Projektpartnern

Ihr Profil:
• Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum geprüften Polier, Werkpolier oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Ingenieurbau, idealerweise in einer vergleichbaren Position

• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Organisation und Abwicklung von Baustellen

• Führungskompetenz, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

• Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
