Let's start with the role:

We are seeking a Corporate Communications Senior Analyst focused on Policy Communications to join the Brazil Communications team.

The professional will lead the development and execution of communication strategies related to regulation, government affairs, and social impact. This role sits at the intersection of communications, institutional relations, and public affairs ensuring that the company’s positions are clearly articulated, consistent, and aligned with business priorities across multiple stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in corporate and policy communications, with the ability to translate complex issues into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute communication strategies to support public policy, regulatory, and government affairs objectives.

• Translate complex policy and regulatory topics into clear messaging for internal and external audiences.

• Draft and review policy-related materials, including position papers, talking points, Q&A documents, briefings, op-eds, and executive speeches.

• Partner closely with Public Affairs, Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Communications teams to ensure alignment and consistency.

• Monitor political, regulatory, and policy developments, assessing potential reputational and business impact.

• Support engagement with policymakers, regulators, industry associations, and other key stakeholders through strategic communications.

• Manage issues and crisis communications related to public policy and regulation.

• Ensure messaging aligns with corporate values, ESG commitments, and long-term reputation goals.

What You’ll Bring:

• Relevant professional experience in corporate, policy, or institutional communications;

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or related fields;

• Experience working with and influencing leadership stakeholders across legal and public policy functions;

• Advanced proficiency in English; Spanish command is desirable.
