Job Description

NeoWork is seeking a Podcast & Social Media Operations Specialist to support our growing content production and distribution team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive someone who can manage multiple podcast workflows efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Download and organize video (.mp4) and audio (.mp3) files from Google Drive
• Upload and schedule podcast content through our social media distribution platform, Ordinal
• Research and accurately tag podcast guests’ social media profiles in Ordinal
• Upload and publish full-length podcast episodes to Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube
• Use Canva to create engaging and professional thumbnails for each episode

Requirements:
• Familiarity or experience with social media management and digital content distribution
• Bonus: Prior experience using Notion (preferred but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and diligence with repetitive tasks
• Highly organized and adaptable to client-specific processes
• Able to prioritize effectively and handle time-sensitive or urgent tasks
• Proactive and clear communicator, especially when identifying challenges or bottlenecks
